Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Abhinav Krishna, which runs Collywobbles at collywobbles.in (“we”, “us”). By making or paying for a page you accept them. Please read them with the privacy policy and the refund and cancellation policy.

1. Who we are

Collywobbles is run by Abhinav Krishna (Sole proprietorship), registered at DE-84, Delhi, Delhi 110027, India. You can reach us at support@collywobbles.in or +91 83689 14950. Full details are on the contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell a personalised web page, made by you from one of our templates and delivered as a private link and a QR code. It is a digital product. Nothing physical is made or shipped.

  • You choose a template and fill it in with your own words and photos. A live preview shows you the page as you build it.
  • You pay once per page. The price is ₹149 for Classic and ₹249 for Deluxe, shown in Indian rupees before you pay. The amount shown is the full amount you are charged.
  • After payment the page goes live. You get its link, a QR code and a private “manage link” on screen and by email.
  • A page has no expiry date and no renewal fee. See section 10 for the limited cases in which a page can be removed.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for their use of the page.

There are no user accounts. Whoever holds a page’s manage link can edit that page, so keep the link private. We cannot tell a rightful holder of the link from anyone else.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. A page goes live only after Razorpay confirms that the payment was captured in full.

If money leaves your account but your page does not go live, write to us. We check every order against Razorpay’s records, and the refund policy says what happens next.

5. Your content, and your responsibility for it

You keep the rights to the words, photos and recordings you add. You give us permission to store them, show them to whoever opens your page’s link, and make technical copies (for example resized images) for as long as the page exists. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for what you put on a page. In particular you confirm that:

  • you have the right to use every photo, and the consent of any person who can be identified in it;
  • you are sending the page to someone who would reasonably welcome it;
  • the page contains nothing listed in section 6.

6. What a page must not contain

You must not use Collywobbles to create, send or store content that:

  • is sexually explicit, or shows nudity or a private act, of any person;
  • shows or sexualises a child in any way;
  • harasses, threatens, stalks, shames or blackmails anyone, or is sent to someone who has asked you to stop contacting them;
  • impersonates another person, or pretends to come from a business, bank or public authority;
  • is defamatory, hateful towards a religion, caste, gender, community or region, or encourages violence or self-harm;
  • reveals someone’s private information, such as an address, phone number, ID number or financial details, without their consent;
  • infringes copyright, a trade mark or anyone’s privacy, including images, recordings or words you have no right to use;
  • is deceptive, a scam, or an attempt to collect money, passwords or OTPs;
  • contains malicious code or tries to interfere with the service;
  • is unlawful under Indian law in any other way.

You must also not try to guess other people’s links or passcodes, or load the service with automated requests.

7. Reports and takedown

Every page carries a “Report this page” link. Anyone can use it, or write to grievance@collywobbles.in.

  • We acknowledge a report within 24 hours.
  • For content that appears intimate, impersonating or harassing, we act within 24 hours of the report. Other reports are decided as quickly as we reasonably can.
  • If we find a breach, we replace the page with a neutral “not available” screen and email the buyer with the reason.
  • The page’s photos and recordings are kept for 30 days so the buyer can appeal, then deleted.
  • To appeal, reply to the takedown email or write to grievance@collywobbles.in. We may restore the page, ask for changes, or confirm the takedown.

A page removed for breaking section 6 is not refunded. We may also report unlawful content to the authorities and keep the records the law requires.

8. Editing and limits

You can edit a live page with your manage link, up to 20 times. A page can hold up to 8 photos and, on Deluxe, one voice note of up to 60 seconds. A draft you have not paid for is kept for 48 hours and then deleted.

9. Privacy of pages

Pages are private by default: each has a random link, search engines are told not to list it, and you can add a passcode. This reduces the chance of a stranger finding a page. It does not make a page secret from people you share the link with, who can pass it on. Do not put anything on a page that would cause harm if it were seen by others.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep pages available at all times, but we do not promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change templates, features and prices for future purchases. A change never increases what you have already paid.

If we ever decide to close Collywobbles, we will email every buyer at the address used at purchase at least 30 days before pages stop being available.

11. Our intellectual property

The templates, design, code, text and the Collywobbles name belong to us or our licensors. Buying a page gives you the right to use and share that page. It does not give you the right to copy, resell or rebuild the templates.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be limited by contract.

Subject to that: we provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the content buyers put on pages, for how a recipient reacts to a page, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of banks, payment networks, hosting providers or your own device or connection. Our total liability to you for any one page is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Grievances

If you have a complaint, write to our grievance officer:

We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you paid applies to that page, unless the law requires otherwise.
